NOV 7th – To serve at Water Station
Nov 9th (10:45 – 3:30)
(Time accounts for set up and breakdown)
We need 2 shifts and feel free to serve the entire time.
1st Shift 10:45 – 1:15 pm
Group Photo 1PM
2nd Shift 12:45 – 3:30 pm
*Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your shift to allow for parking, delays and to watch the previous team operate.
*I understand people can’t do both and will have to leave early.
*The handoff time is a 30 minute window to allow for any possible delays.
